History

The Albuquerque Daylily Society was formed in 1983 by several enthusiastic daylily fans.  The club hosted its first regional meeting in 1994, the second in 2002, 2011 and the most recent in 2019.  Region meetings include bus tours of local gardens, lunches, dinners, and fun things for attendees to do.  It always includes a live auction of new introductions with the proceeds helping to fund region activities, like the newsletter.

Members are known for having a good time, eating well, and working hard on our sales and shows.  We have lots of opportunities to win daylilies: raffles, silent auctions, and our “members only” elite daylily sale.
